THE BRIEF

Our brief was to manage the logistics for Skandia’s international incentives as well as sailing events for their corporate clients. In addition we provided a range of sailing experiences, from powerboats to tall ships for guests from FTSE 100 companies. We ensured value for Skandia by managing the budget across several of its international divisions.

Our Marine division organised corporate entertainment for 1400 of Skandia's Corporate Guests and 750 guests from other corporate clients over a nine-day period, which included:

• Co-ordination of an operational crew of 65
• 25 yachts
• Tall ships
• Powerboats
• Rigid inflatable boats
• Transfers between Southampton, Cowes and Heathrow
• Management of flights for guests from across EMEA and The Americas

Our  competencies,  specifically  large-scale logistic  skills  complemented  by  team members  with  various  RYA sailing qualifications, enable us to offer a complete solution to Skandia.
